The 10 principles of Intuitive Eating are meant to work TOGETHER and each serves an unique purpose. They layer on top of one another and support each other. There are no rules and everyone’s experience will be different. If you are using any principle to “control” your body or as a method of losing weight, you are turning intuitive eating into a diet. It’s supposed to be enjoyable!
I feel FAT wheel
Fat is not a feeling. When we say we "K feel fat" what we are most likely trying to express is either: a physical sensation (bloating, gas, clothes are too tight) OR an uncomfortable or shameful emotion (refer to the wheel)
